In applying for membership in the Texas Property Tax Lienholders Association, I affirm that all of the information I have provided in this application is accurate and current. If accepted as a member in TPTLA, I will abide by the organization’s Code of Conduct and do my part to uphold and promote the property tax lenders’ profession.

To be eligible for membership in TPTLA, a person or entity must have an active status property tax lender license with the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner of the State of Texas and must agree to abide by the Association’s Code of Conduct.

First year dues are $1,000. After the first year, member dues are .1% per annum of total loan portfolio as of application date and will be billed quarterly. Minimum dues are $2,500.

An invoice will be sent following receipt of application.
